Privacy Policy

MRD Custom Construction collects the contact and project details you submit through the inquiry form so the business can respond to your request. The form asks only for practical information needed to start a project conversation.

Inquiry data is stored in Supabase and is not publicly readable. Email notifications are sent through Resend when configured. Public analytics may be measured with Plausible, which is selected for privacy-respecting traffic measurement.

Do not submit sensitive financial, medical, or legal information through the public contact form. A formal retention and deletion policy should be confirmed before launch with final business operations requirements.
